Terms of Service

⸙ Commission form submissions will be personally picked out, commission queue will be in order of submission after selection⸙ I have the right to deny any commission request⸙ It is required that you submit visual references (colored images, illustrations, etc.). I highly recommend adding notes as well to improve the quality of the work⸙ Commissions can be used and reposted by the customer but must give me credit⸙ Commissions may NOT be used by anyone else but the customer or the person the customer has allowed them to use⸙ Each Commission will have a watermark. This is non-negotiable!⸙ Customers are NOT allowed to use commissions for Exploiting / Monetary purposes⸙ Commission will take around 2 week to 2 months to finish depending on the difficulty of the commission. Timeframe may change depending on my workload due to any circumstances (Health, school, etc.)⸙ I finish and submit commissions in order of the queue, however I may work on each commission in between each other.⸙ If you are requesting for a rushed commission or want your commission to be taken priority, there will be a extra charge⸙ I will be Updating upon your accepted commission which will include a rough sketch update, a finished sketch update, and a color update, in that order. After each update, I will expect a response from the customer for any requests for any changes or adjustments. If there are no requests, I need confirmation from the commissioner that I am able to continue with their commission after each update
🌵Payments &refunds🌵
⸙ Upon accepting your commission request, the customer will be sent an invoice via paypal and must pay through there⸙ Payment procedure will be 50% upfront before the sketch, and the rother of the 50% will be sent before rendering the final piece⸙ Commission will not start until the initial 50% is paid, and will also not be finished until the rest of the payment is complete⸙ Commission will not be refundable after sketch is finished and sent⸙ Complicated designs or/and detailed backgrounds will cost an additional fee which will depend on how difficult it is and will be negotiated via email⸙ Each commission is provided with a simple background which will be free
